Valentine’s Day Special – Romantic Dinner for Two

Send the kids packing to Grandma’s and spend a romantic Valentine’s Day at home this year. Why not pop the cork on a nice bottle of champagne, tie on aprons and cook together? What could be better than a relaxing dinner with wonderful food and your sweety?

Kick off your romantic dinner with a salad. My Mixed Greens with Grapes & Feta is a little salty and a little sweet…just like you and your special someone!

Next …

Celebrate Cupid with seafood … Try my Shrimp with Feta. It’s quick and easy, leaving you with lots of time for romance. Serve the shrimp with orzo pasta or rice and enjoy!

… or try my far from ordinary steak and potatoes. Add a little spice to a great grilled steak with my Spicy Rub, if you don’t want to drag out the grill in the cold, use a grill pan. Add some yummy Lemon Roasted Potatoes and my favorite Asparagus.

And for dessert? For Valentine’s Day, only chocolate will do. How about a classic Chocolate Mousse or Provence inspired Lavender Infused White Chocolate Crème?

You can be a kid again with chocolate sundaes made with my Decadent Chocolate Sauce.

For warm and wonderful chocolate, try my homey Warm Chocolate Pudding or sinfully rich, grownup Hot White Chocolate.

Happy Valentine’s Day and Bon Appétit!
