Is it possible? Is it really Labor Day Weekend already? What happened to summer? It absolutely flew by! Hope that you are planning a fun-filled weekend. In case you need a little help with the menu … here goes.
Start the evening with Grilled Corn Salsa or maybe Artichoke Leaves with Shrimp .
For the main course, how about saying good-bye to summer with a chicken barbeque? You can serve it up with a spicy rub, marinate it with a wonderful Hoisin Marinade or make it Tandoori.
What to go with it? I think something crunchy sounds good, like Asian or Jicama Slaw. To round out your dinner, why not add some Couscous with Dried Fruit and Pine Nuts.
And for dessert? Blueberry season will soon be over, so it’s got to be Blueberry Crisp!
