Summer’s winding down. The long summer days are rapidly disappearing. The sun comes up later in the morning and sets early in the evening. Still and all, it’s not too late to enjoy an evening outside. Light some candles and enjoy the evening. If it turns chilly, throw on a sweater or get out the fire pit.
Not sure what to cook this weekend? Here are a few ideas:
Start with a delicious summer cocktail. My Watermelon-Limeade is a great way to kick off your cookout … with or without a shot of tequila or rum. For nibbling, try my Summer Rolls. They are definitely worth the effort!
When you are ready to move to the table … start with great salad. Try my Roasted Beets with Goat Cheese Salad. For the main course, get out the grill. If you haven’t given my Grilled Swordfish with Olive & Caper Salsa a try … well now is a good time. Serve it with Couscous Salad with Grilled Vegetables.
Have a wonderful weekend and bon appétit!
