Tree Trimming Weekend Special

Christmas_TreesThe Boy Scouts are selling trees in the bank parking lot this Saturday morning. That can only mean one thing. It’s time totrim the tree and deck the halls. Fill the living room with carols, family and fun. Then gather around the table for some great food.

Think comfy and cozy and kid friendly with my Decadent Mac & Cheese. Or mix it up with Mac & Cheese with Cauliflower & Bacon, Mac & Cheese with Lobster & Sundried Tomatoes or Cheesy Gratin with Thanksgiving Leftovers. Next add a salad, maybe my Red & Green Holiday Saladand dinner is done.Christmas_Tree
(I made this easy and festive salad on WMUR’s Cook’s Corner earlier in the week. Give a look the video a look you’d like!)

For dessert, hhhhmmmmmmmmmm? How about Gingerbread Cupcakes or a warm and cozy Apple Bread Pudding? Then again, you can’t beat chocolate. Everyone will love my teeny, tiny, oh so smooth and luscious, Pot de Crème. And don’t forget the Christmas cookies!

Happy holidays and bon appétit!
