Artichokes sound like a delicious way to start the evening. How about Steamed Artichokes with Bagna Cauda or Warm Lemon-Garlic Sauce? Maybe you’d prefer Artichoke Leaves with Shrimp or a crispy crostini with Artichoke Pesto.
Next, fire up the grill for the main event. Hmmm, what will you throw on the grill? Grilled chicken sounds wonderful. How about some Asian spice? Prep you chicken pieces with a delicious Hoisin Marinade. Or travel south of the border with a spicy Spicy Tequila Marinade. Serve the chicken with everyone’s favorite Caribbean Black Beans and a great slaw. I would suggest you try my Jicama Slaw or Crunchy Slaw with Cilantro, Mint and Peanuts.
